Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the PresentePR virtual receptionist service ("Service"), operated by Albors Advisory. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PresentePR configures and operates an AI-powered assistant on a Client's WhatsApp Business account to answer customer questions, take orders and appointment requests, and route messages that need human attention to the Client. The assistant responds using only the information the Client provides.

2. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (menu, prices, hours) and keep it current.
• Comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies and all applicable laws.
• Handle payments, fulfillment, and customer obligations directly. PresentePR does not process payments or fulfill orders.

3. Fees and cancellation

The Service is offered on a month-to-month basis with a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, as agreed in the Client's service agreement. There is no long-term contract; a Client may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third parties (Meta/WhatsApp, Anthropic, hosting providers) whose outages are outside our control.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific sales, order volume, or business result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PresentePR's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount the Client paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Data

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date.
