Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026 · PresentePR is a service of Albors Advisory (Puerto Rico)
PresentePR ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist that operates inside the WhatsApp Business account of the small businesses that hire us ("Clients"). This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices available to Clients and the people who message them ("End Customers").
1. Who is responsible for your data
For messages exchanged with a Client's WhatsApp number, the Client (the business) is the controller of the conversation, and PresentePR acts as a service provider that processes those messages on the Client's behalf. PresentePR is operated by Albors Advisory, a business registered in Puerto Rico.
2. Information we handle
- Message content: the text of WhatsApp messages sent to and from the Client's business number, so the assistant can respond, take orders, and answer questions.
- Basic contact identifiers: the WhatsApp phone number of the End Customer, used only to route the conversation.
- Order details a customer voluntarily provides (items, name, pickup time) to complete a request.
- Client business information the Client supplies to configure the assistant (menu, hours, prices, FAQs).
We do not collect payment card numbers. When an order requires payment, the assistant shares the Client's own payment link (e.g., ATH Móvil); the payment happens directly between the End Customer and the Client, outside our systems.
3. How we use information
- To operate the virtual receptionist — read incoming messages and generate replies.
- To capture orders and appointment requests and notify the Client.
- To produce the Client's monthly activity report (message counts, order counts).
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use End Customer messages to advertise to them.
4. Third-party processors
To provide the service we rely on:
- Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Business Platform — delivers messages to and from the Client's number.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — generates the assistant's responses. Message content is sent to Anthropic solely to produce a reply.
- Cloud hosting providers — run our software and store conversation records.
These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.
5. Data retention
We retain conversation records and order data for as long as the Client remains active with PresentePR, in order to provide continuity and monthly reporting. When a Client cancels, we delete their configuration and associated conversation records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your choices
- End Customers can ask the business to stop messaging them at any time.
- Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold for their account by contacting us.
- WhatsApp provides its own controls for blocking or reporting a business number.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle, including encrypted connections to our providers and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
Our service is intended for businesses and their adult customers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
